The Diamond lounge at Harrah’s New Orleans is not labeled as such and it is not the easiest place to find. With all of the rule changes to the Total Rewards Diamond Lounge access this year the Harrah’s New Orleans may be the only location not devalued. If you are staying three days and don't want to move your car at all, I'm not sure how it works. Come back the next day and start the process all over again. We always park, play, hang around the Quarter for as long as we want, and then we leave that same day because we are staying at the State Park. You can't play 1.5 hours all al once to take care of parking for 3 days, it has to be 30 minutes in each 24 hour period. The validation is good for 24 hours and the 30 minutes of play has to be done during one 24 hour period. Go to one of the kiosks to swipe your TR card and you will get a validation receipt to put in the machine when you leave. If you move to a different machine, be sure to take your card and reinsert it and account for the time loss while switching machines.When you have accummulated 30 minutes, you have earned 24 hours of free parking. Once it turns green, you are starting your 30 minutes. When you find a machine to gamble at, be sure to put your TR card in the slot and wait to the lights to turn green.
